Purple Eagle Spa Sales Position

Purple Eagle, the parent company of seven Hand and Stone spas in California and Arizona is seeking a rock star retail sales person to join our team. We are growing quickly with plans for 25-50 spas in the next five years that will lead to significant advancement opportunities. We have a great culture, a positive work environment, and one of our core values is fun!!! If you like to work hard, love sales, and want to be part of team the rewards performance, we're the company for you. And best of all, you get to work in a spa!

What We Offer

  • $15 / hour plus commissions and incentive trips
  • Top performers can earn $20 - $23 / hour

    • Job Duties

  • Sell memberships & gift cards
  • Create a pampering experience for our customers
  • Answer phones and book appointments
  • Follow proper filing procedures / file maintenance
  • Promote health / wellness benefits of massage therapy
  • Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
  • Positive, energetic attitude
  • Team player
  • Perform various other duties as assigned

    • Job Requirements :

  • Track record of retail sales experience is preferred
  • Desire to be in a sales position
  • Experience hitting a sales quota is a plus.
  • Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest

    • Job Types : Full-time, Part-time

    Pay : $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
