Job Description
As a Program Analyst at Visa, you will support complex, multi-disciplinary programs for the DPS Program Management team. You will work with stakeholders plan to requirements and guide programs through the entire lifecycle considering all stakeholder inputs across different functions. This includes monitoring project schedules and working with stakeholders to ensure that multiple, simultaneous projects are working together to drive to the success of an entire program.
You will also be supporting project stakeholders in identifying risks and bottle necks and using your influence to alleviate those roadblocks. You will be responsible for the execution and delivery through completion, for a program. Programs can often span office locations and time zones, and your responsibility will be to keep all stakeholders coordinated on the program’s status, milestones and deadlines.
The person filling this position will be responsible and accountable for coordinating activities and communicating status of projects related to new products, features and services that drive client satisfaction, differentiate the Visa DPS product offering, and drive Visa DPS Service revenues.
Essential Functions
Will plan, execute, and deliver projects through completion for a product or program
Independently manage a range of projects and initiatives, providing structure through the full lifecycle
Lead a cross functional team consisting of individual contributors and managers who are conceptualizing, rationalizing, and driving multiple simultaneous projects
Work with variety of stakeholders to manage scope, secure support and resources for execution, and deploy processes that improve day-to-day operations
Reconcile competing priorities, utilize synergies, align complementary initiatives, and build coalitions among cross-functional partners
Work through challenges, identify bottlenecks and dependencies, and unblock teams for execution
Work daily with cross functional teams to gather and communicate clear and concise project status, progress, milestones, deliverables, outcomes, and lessons learned to all applicable parties
Demonstrates Visa Leadership principles

Mental / Physical Requirements : This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY : The estimated salary range for this position is 89,200.00 to 138,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
