Business Administration Intern

Extreme Engineering Solutions (X-ES) is seeking a highly-organized and detail-oriented individual to assist with the day-to-day flow of customer interaction while gaining exposure to multiple facets of the company's operations, including account management, regional sales, and internal business processes. This internship is full-time and in-person at our Verona, WI facility from May August 2026.

Support the Sales team staff with administrative and business operations tasks through a very hands-on approach. Key responsibilities may include:

• Conduct independent research using various internal tools and systems to support reporting and database maintenance, while collaborating with other departments to problem solve discrepancies.
• Assist in completing customer-requested supplier documentation including supplier surveys, certifications, and non-disclosure agreements, with close attention to detail.
• Develop an understanding of company policies, processes, and product information to effectively respond to inquiries from customers and internal departments.
• Process purchase orders and change orders of varying complexity, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Contribute to key projects aimed at optimizing business transactions and supporting the Sales department in improving efficiency, while developing presentation skills through impactful communication and data visualization.

Desired Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications or a related field.
• Prior work experience in an office setting or providing customer service is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for problem solving and critical thinking, with the ability to learn new concepts and re-apply them in a dynamic and engaging environment.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently on assigned tasks while maintaining a customer-first mindset and desire to help others.
• Prior experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely delivery of expected results.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to analyze and interpret data to support business decisions.
