STAFFING COORDINATOR

Responsibilities

Palm Shores Behavioral Health Center provides quality mental health care and education services for adolescents aged 11?17 experiencing behavioral, emotional, educational, family, and social challenges. The program establishes healthy behaviors and prepares children to transition back home.

Palm Shores is looking for a Staffing Coordinator who will be responsible for coordination and scheduling for the nursing and residential department, which includes Nursing Supervisors, Registered Nurses, Shift Supervisors, Lead Mental Health Technicians and Mental Health Technicians. In addition to all scheduling requirements, the Staffing Coordinator will track attendance, PTO, overtime, and missed punches. Must be able to organize and maintain records and logs related to work schedules. The Staffing Coordinator must have good communication skills and be able to interact with members of all hospital departments. Perform administrative duties to support the Manager of Residential Services and Director of Nursing.
