Entry-Level HVAC Technician Trainee

Everlight Solar is excited to welcome a motivated entry-level HVAC Technician Trainee to our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn foundational skills in HVAC while assisting with various tasks such as transporting tools, maintaining clean workspaces, and supporting simple installations under the guidance of experienced professionals. This is a permanent, full-time, direct-hire position based out of Omaha, NE, requiring on-site presence.

Responsibilities :

• Assist crew members in carrying tools, materials, and equipment to their designated locations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site free from hazards.
• Support basic installation tasks under the supervision of experienced technicians.
• Learn and adhere to all safety procedures and protocols.
• Perform tasks such as loading / unloading materials and preparing work areas efficiently.

Starting salary range for this position is between $33,000 and $40,000 per year.
