Sign Shop Scheduler (Revised)

Job Summary / Basic Function :

Under general direction and in accordance with broad operating policies and procedures, uses independent judgement to design, fabricate and maintain an efficient scheduling of signage projection jobs. Minimum Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent, and four years of (FT) related work experience OR, two years of post-secondary education and two years (FT) related work experience OR, a bachelor’s degree in related field with one year (FT) related work experience required.
• Working knowledge of large format cutting plotters and 60" HP 365 latex printer, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Proficiency in laying out, cutting, weeding, masking, and applying vinyl.
• Experience with wall-sized vinyl mural installations, general wayfinding signage, and directional signage for roadside A-frames, with the ability to work outside in all weather conditions for campus events.
• Working knowledge of printing and layout software, SAI FlexiSign Suite
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to calculate basic math.
• Strong public relations and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
