Construction Project Manager - San Francisco, CA
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage residential construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while adhering to all building codes and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
- Oversee project scheduling and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
- Prepare and review construction estimates and budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations on all construction sites.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.
- Utilize project management software such as Procore and Sage for tracking progress and documentation.
- Prepare and manage finish schedules, vendor layouts, and drawing sets for high-end residential builds.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, particularly in residential and custom home building.Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawing sets, and specifications.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple projects.Benefits
