[job_card.job_description]7 15 years in software development with 4 years Relevant BI Experience Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database management systems (RDBMS). Solid understanding of data modeling concepts including star and snowflake schema design. Hands-on experience with MicroStrategy architecture tools and components (MicroStrategy Desktop / Web / Mobile / MicroStrategy Dossier / Visual Insight / MicroStrategy Intelligence Server) Familiarity with data warehousing principles and ETL processes. Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field. MicroStrategy certifications or relevant BI tool certifications. Experience in domains such as retail banking sales or marketing analytics is a strong plus. Experience replatforming BI Components of MicroStrategy to Azure Fabric / Synapse / ADF / Power BI platform will be a big plus

Role Overview : We are seeking a talented MicroStrategy BI Developer to design develop and implement robust business intelligence solutions using the MicroStrategy platform. This role involves creating interactive dashboards reports and data visualizations that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization for the Program.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design develop and maintain MicroStrategy reports dashboards and documents.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct data validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports.
- Optimize BI solutions for performance scalability and user experience.
- Participate in code reviews and follow established SDLC processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing BI reports and applications.
