Procurement Contract Analyst w/ Paralegal Background

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Procurement Contract Analyst w/ Paralegal Background for a potential contract to hire assignment with one of our premier Management Consulting services clients in Miramar, FL.


Responsibilities :
Supports contract compliance efforts through a deep expertise in contract lifecycle management processes to ensure compliance and enable the Firm's impact, ESG, and risk goals. Provides guidance and updates existing/new agreements in alignment with Anti-bribery and other firm specific clauses needed for compliance and regulatory purposes.

• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including legal teams and category management teams to ensure contract compliance to firm standards
• Regularly update procurement contracts to reflect any changes in the corporate governance framework ensuring legal standards and internal policies are met
• Provide continuous support to adapt procurement contracts to accommodate changes that arise during project execution, ensuring that contracts remain relevant and enforceable
• Develop closeout strategies for contracts and ensure proper documentation
• Collaborate with legal teams to update contract terms and conditions templates as needed
• Ensure adherence to contract terms and compliance with legal requirements
• Draft progress reports and maintain metrics for contracts and change order completed

Required Skills:

• University degree with - years of relevant experience
• Key Skills Contracts and Agreement Drafting Negotiation Skills Risk management
• Expertise Legal, Regulatory & compliance Risk & Sustainability Project Managment

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced degree and/or previous paralegal experience preferred
• Risk and Sustainability Contract Lifecycle Management processes and systems experience preferred but not required
