As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will :

Provide clinical direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care (and nursing scope of practice) while closely monitoring progress / recovery.

Assess and document patient conditions and report changes as needed (vitals, blood / stool / urine, glucose, etc.)

Administer drugs, medications, treatments, inoculations, and tests.

Assess patients for further injuries, infections, bedsores, etc., and deliver appropriate treatments.

Collaborate with providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

Actively and compassionately interact with patients to encourage engagement in treatment after completion of detoxification.

Record and document into health record all observations of patient response, following CIW-Ar, COWS or other assessment tools utilized in program protocols.

Immediate openings

Location : Lynnwood, WA

Per -Diem

Shift & Schedule : 12-hour Day or Night shifts

To qualify as a Registered Nurse (RN) with us :

Education : An Associate or bachelor’s degree in Nursing

Licensure : Current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in WA state

Current BLS certification

Behavioral Health experience (preferred)

Two (2) positive work references

Successfully complete and pass a background check and drug test.

Ability to deal with chemically dependent individuals non-judgmentally with caring and compassion.

The facility is a drug-free workplace, and employees will agree to random and for-cause drug testing policies. Program may also be smoke-free workplace, and employee must comply by not smoking on the grounds; non-smoker preferred.
