Project Coordinator

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the delivery of luxury single-family custom homes. This role requires strong organizational skills, an eye for design, and the ability to coordinate across clients, vendors, and internal teams in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain projet schedules, budgets, and milestone trackers while ensuring accurate documentation and timely distribution of updates
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors, including onboarding, scheduling, and material tracking
• Assist with permitting and inspections to ensure compliance with local codes and project timelines
• Collaborate with clients and design teams to finalize finish selections and manage material procurement
• Support communication by preparing client updates, weekly progress reports, and internal team meeting notes

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in residential construction or custom home building
• Strong understanding of finish materials, design coordination, and construction processes
• Proficiency in project management and design software (Buildertrend, Procore, CoConstruct, AutoCAD, or similar)
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design plans
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
