Enjoy the Pacific Northwest while earning $3100 per 24-hour call day!  A major healthcare system in  Tacoma, WA  is seeking a  full-time Hematology / Oncology physician locum  for a  6-month assignment , with potential to extend. This is a perfect opportunity for a skilled provider looking for  competitive compensation, minimal procedures, and a balanced schedule  – all while enjoying  complimentary travel, lodging, and comprehensive malpractice coverage .

🩺  Position Details :

Location :  Tacoma & Gig Harbor, WA

Schedule :  4 days / week

Mon, Wed, Thurs  at Tacoma location

Friday  at Gig Harbor

Tuesdays off

Weekend Call :  1 in 4 rotation (Fri PM – Mon AM)

Start Date :  ASAP

Duration :  6 months with option to extend

Call Pay :

$3100 / day for 24-hour call  (includes 4 gratis hours)

Holiday Call & Callback Pay

💡  What You Can Expect :

Clinic + Inpatient mix  (Hospital Outpatient Department)

EMR :  Epic

Patients / day :  16–20

Outpatient Visit Times :

New : 1 hour

Follow-ups : 20 minutes

No required procedures  – bone marrow aspiration is optional

Well-supported by standard clinical staff

✅  Requirements :

BC or BE  in Hematology / Oncology

WA State License & DEA

BLS Certified

Clean malpractice history preferred

Must be comfortable managing both  hematology and oncology patients
