Job Description

Domino's Pizza is hiring immediately for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team. There are multiple locations available throughout Austin.

• Job type : Full-time and Part-time options available
• Are you ready to be part of the action and key person in a successful operation? We are looking for active, motivated people in the restaurant world with pizza or equivalent experience.
• If you are looking to move forward in management with room for growth, we are interested in you. As a large franchise, we have many opportunities and possibilities for management with stores of various sizes and locations.
• CSRs candidates will have a great attitude and customer-oriented personality. You will be at least 16 years old with reliable transportation as well as a valid license, registration, and insurance.

Qualifications

Customer Service Representative job responsibilities would include (but are not limited to)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

You must be 16 years of age or older

Must be able to pass a background check

GENERAL JOB DUTIES

Operate all equipment

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler

Prepare product

Receive and process telephone orders

Take inventory and complete associated paperwork

Clean equipment and facility approximately daily

Orientation and training provided on the job.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to

process orders both over the phone and in person.
