Those in internal audit at PwC help build, optimise and deliver end-to-end internal audit services to clients in all industries. This includes IA function setup and transformation, co-sourcing, outsourcing and managed services, using AI and other risk technology and delivery models. IA capabilities are combined with other industry and technical expertise, in areas like cyber, forensics and compliance, to address the full spectrum of risks. As part of the HIA Risk and Controls (HIA) team you are expected to provide services related to process and controls, risk assessment, and controls testing methodologies across the 3 lines of defense. As a Manager you are expected to lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for maintaining project success and upholding top standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality, and leveraging team strengths to meet client expectations.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Management Information Systems & Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Economics, Economics and Finance, Economics and Finance & Technology, Business Administration/Management, Engineering, Accounting & Technology, Mathematics
- 5 years of experience

For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
