A company is looking for a Per Diem Engagement Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities :

Provide coverage for Thursday overnight shifts and flexible support for various circumstances

Conduct brief client assessments, provide crisis support, and facilitate admissions and resource navigation

Maintain documentation and collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective client care

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field (preferred)

Experience in mental health, crisis intervention, or client-facing roles

1+ years' experience in client support or healthcare (preferred)

Compassionate and dedicated to supporting client success

Availability for flexible hours, including holidays, overnights, and weekends, as needed
