Lupe Laird Farmers Insurance in Amarillo, Texas, is looking for a dedicated, driven individual to join our growing team as a Full-Time Sales Representative. If you are determined and have amazing relationship-building skills, then this is your opportunity for a rewarding career with excellent income and growth potential . As a Sales Representative, you will be giving back to your community every day by assisting customers with the coverage to fit their unique needs. Whether you are experienced in sales, or just looking to begin your career in our amazing industry, we can help you launch your career to new heights.

No previous experience? No problem! Begin with a $31,200 base salary and an opportunity to earn additional compensation during their first year.

If you have proven experience selling in another industry, plus great customer service skills, and are ready to learn and grow, we can teach you everything you need to know about the industry. If you are looking for the chance to learn new skills and grow your career, this may be the role for you.

Experienced applicants and top performers can earn up to $81,200 per year. Responsibilities

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.

Requirements

  • Sales Experience or a client-facing background is preferred
  • Proven track record of winning
  • Excellent communication skills : written, verbal and listening
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Create relationships from a cold start.
