Data Analyst

A company is looking for an Analyst, Data (Member Retention).

Key Responsibilities

Designs and implements processes for data mining, analysis, and modeling to support business decisions

Collaborates with departments and clients to define requirements and develop standard reports or processes

Develops tools and algorithms to monitor and improve business performance, including state-mandated reports

Required Qualifications

Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

1-3 years of relevant experience

Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience

3-5 years of relevant experience preferred
