In-depth engineering experience, particularly in HVAC, Electrical, or Mechanical disciplines. Previous experience in building operations, especially within R&D and Computer Rooms. EPA Universal and 608 certification. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Problem-solving skills and sound judgment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A collaborative mindset and open communication style. Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting from the 1st of the month. Internal advancement opportunities after six months. A supportive work / life balance. Competitive pay ranging from $55 - $58 per hour.

ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Facility Maintenance Engineer with CBRE, you will play a critical role in monitoring and enhancing the operations of various building systems including plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling systems. This position is key to delivering top-notch engineering and technical services.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, life safety, and control systems.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives.
- Maintain and operate energy management programs to enhance efficiency.
- Assist in implementing preventive maintenance programs to prolong the lifespan of building machinery and systems.
- Handle emergency repairs as necessary, ensuring quick and effective solutions.
- Review inspections of building systems, ensuring they operate within the prescribed environmental conditions.
- Utilize your expertise to solve complex problems and provide innovative solutions.
- Cooperate with team members to foster collaboration and achieve consensus.
