(RCI) is proud to partner with the Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County (SWA) to help them add a skilled Systems Analyst to their Information Technology team. This in-office role is critical to deploying and securing the systems that keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Research, evaluate, and implement hardware and software solutions
• Deploy and maintain Microsoft Client/Server, Azure, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
• Administer cybersecurity controls (endpoint protection, SIEM, NAC, IDS, vulnerability management, etc.)
• Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Troubleshoot, patch, and document systems and upgrades
• Partner with IT leadership, staff, and vendors to ensure reliable performance

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years’ experience in IT systems, networking, or cybersecurity
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT, or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Server, Active Directory, Azure, O365, SCCM/WSUS)
• Experience with security controls and methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Valid Florida Driver’s License required
• Preferred certifications: Microsoft, Cybersecurity, ITIL
