A company is looking for a Lost Pet Recovery Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Responds to internal and external inquiries within stated service level agreements
Manages incoming contacts regarding customer questions, complaints, and general inquiries
Analyzes, researches, and resolves problems and discrepancies for member accounts
Required Qualifications
2 years of customer service, call center, or relevant experience
Only Canadian residents will be considered for this position
Availability to work shifts between 8 : 00 am and 12 : 00 midnight, 7 days a week
Understanding of customer service policies and product knowledge
Compliance with federal and state regulations, if applicable
