What You ’ll Do :

• Lead and direct a team of junior / mid-level engineers Utilize your technical development skills and product knowledge to design and implement solutions leveraging the configurability, programmability, and extensibility of the LogistiVIEW platform Collaborate with a team to ensure completion of deliverables and phases throughout project lifecycles U til ize project management and support tools to document progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks Communicate updates and impediments with teammates and managers Maintain a high level of confidentiality when working with customer information Take on mentorship responsibilities to help develop the technical skill sets and abilities of junior resources Role may require up to 20% travel What We Look For : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field or equivalent job experience 4-plus years’ experience in technical consulting or software development with progressive responsibilities Strong SQL and Java capabilities Experience in Angular is a plus Familiarity with warehouse environments and / or operations is a plus Technical expertise  in requirements gathering and systems design, development, and implementa ti on (as part of a project team) Strong analy ti cal and problem-solving abilities to be able to iden tify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions Ability to translate real-world solutions into technical designs Passion for mentoring and developing others Ability to manage several projects simultaneously Excellence in presenta ti on and communica ti on skills Ability to work independently using a strategic plan or under general direction Must be able to effec tively employ contemporary project management tools and serve as team consultant Strong solu ti on architecture, high quality technical solu ti on delivery, strong communica ti on and client-facing personal skills Enjoy working in a collabora ti ve team environment delivering technical solu ti ons to clients Experience delivering enterprise applica t ions Knowledge of infrastructure components - including servers, storage systems, networking, virtualization, and opera ting systems Experience with designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and secure software solu t ions Leadership and project management skills to lead solu ti on delivery initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional teams What We Offer : Collabora ti ve work setting  with knowledgeable technical experts Full benefits with 100% employer-paid Medical and Dental premiums Retirement plan with company match Loca ti on : Cary, NC   Powered by JazzHR
