Network Relations Specialist

A company is looking for a Network Relations I.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in implementing medical providers and verify provider documentation

Review credentials of prospective providers and provide orientation on managed care procedures

Manage provider data audits and coordinate provider roster updates

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree or two or more years of equivalent work experience

Customer service education / training within the insurance industry or managed care

Experience in managing provider relationships and data integrity

Familiarity with credentialing requirements and state guidelines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
