Pay: $50–$60 per hour (negotiable)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Environment: Closed-door pharmacy (no retail)

Role Overview

We’re hiring a full-time Staff Pharmacist to join our team in Boise, Idaho. You’ll handle prescription verification, oversee compounding workflows, ensure medication safety and compliance, and collaborate with providers. You’ll work in a modern, fast-moving environment that values accuracy and teamwork over volume.

What You’ll Do

• Verify prescriptions and ensure accuracy in preparation and labeling
• Manage and supervise daily pharmacy operations
• Provide clinical insight on drug interactions and utilization
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to support patient outcomes
• Oversee inventory and quality assurance processes

What We’re Looking For

• Pharm.D. from an accredited school of pharmacy
• Active Idaho pharmacist license
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Compounding experience is a plus, but not required
