Maintenance Technician | Lube Technician

Full-Time | Hourly Position | $14 an hour, paid weekly

Jenkins & Wynne Ford Lincoln is looking for a Lube Technician to join our growing service team. This position is responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and basic inspections to help keep our customers' vehicles running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and fluid services
• Rotate, balance, and inspect tires
• Perform multi-point vehicle inspections
• Check and top off vehicle fluids
• Replace air filters and cabin filters
• Assist technicians with basic service work as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized service bay
• Follow manufacturer and dealership service procedures
• Communicate vehicle maintenance needs to service advisors

Requirements

• Basic automotive knowledge or experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Willingness to learn and grow within the service department
