Primary Skills: Client Onboarding (Advanced), Account Management (Intermediate), Escalation Handling (Intermediate), Data Entry (Expert), Collaboration (Advanced) Contract Type: W2 Duration: 6+ Months Location: Houston, TX (#LI-Onsite 4 days) Pay Range: $30 - $33 per hour #LP Job Summary: In this critical role, you'll be the linchpin in our client onboarding process, working closely with branch and department colleagues, Financial Advisors, and Portfolio Management teams. Your mission will be to ensure a smooth transition for clients either setting up new accounts or transferring assets into our firm, leveraging various legacy and current platforms. Your expertise in data entry, account management, and effective communication will drive the success of our onboarding strategy. Key Responsibilities: Assist clients and partner Financial Advisors with onboarding and account inquiries. Prepare and process paperwork for new accounts across various platforms. Open new accounts and manage the daily Outstanding Actions Report. Maintain and update the client, Financial Advisor, and partner firm database. Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Excellent verbal and written communication skills Advanced data entry skills Industry Experience: Finance or related field experience is preferred, ensuring an understanding of financial products and the onboarding process.
