To excel in the role of a Home Health LPN at Inspired Homecare, you'll need a unique set of skills. Previous experience in Home Health is preferred, along with proficiency in using EMR systems like HCHB. A current IL Nursing License is a must, along with a valid driver's license and insurance.

CPR certification is required to ensure you can handle any situation that arises. Since you'll be traveling to multiple locations in one day, having strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to different environments quickly is essential. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Previous experience working in Home Health Preferred
• Experience using EMR system Wellsky Kinnser
• Current IL Nursing License
• Driver's License with valid insurance
• CPR Certified
• Ability to travel to multiple locations in one day
