Key Responsibilities

• Pick up materials and supplies from vendors and deliver to job sites

• Visit active job sites to check progress, take photos, and upload updates and reports to our internal software

• Maintain job site cleanliness and organization

• Perform general construction and repair tasks as needed including: demo and site prep, minor plumbing and electrical work, touch-up and finish work (paint, drywall patching, minor trim)

• Meet with trades and subcontractors to discuss scope of work

• Assist project managers and supervisors with daily field needs

Qualifications

• Required:

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation. Will start and end each day at the Peoria-based office.

  • Able to lift 75+ lbs and perform physical tasks in varying conditions

  • Dependable, self-managed, and punctual

  • Team-oriented with a positive, humble attitude

  • Comfortable using tools and following instructions

  • Committed to Honor Contracting’s core values

• Preferred (but not required):

  • Previous experience in construction or general labor

  • Familiarity with tools and job site safety practices

  • Comfort with mobile apps or reporting software

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Occasional Saturday work

• Overtime may be required based on project needs

• Based in Peoria, AZ, with travel Valley-wide for material runs and job site visits

• Will start and end each day at the Peoria, AZ based office.
