Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced roofers with installations, repairs, and prep work.
- Safely move, lift, and stage roofing materials on-site.
- Maintain clean, organized, and respectful job sites at all times.
- Follow safety protocols and company standards daily.
- Learn and apply skills across multiple roofing systems : tile, shingle, flat, and more.
- Represent the company professionally around homeowners and other trades.
