Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports for senior leaders
Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, both in-person and virtual
Maintain documentation and support division initiatives to ensure operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of executive or administrative support experience, preferably for senior leaders
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Slack, Zoom, and expense management systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information
Collaborative mindset with a focus on customer service and stakeholder management
Authorization to work in the United States
