What You'll Do

Deliver professional, friendly customer service, build and maintain long-term client relationships, educate clients on skincare products, memberships, equipment, and services, meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals, maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment

What We're Looking For

Customer service experience and/or sales experience (retail preferred, not required), strong communication and people skills, goal-oriented mindset with motivation to earn commission, ability to work flexible hours (including evenings/weekends), reliable transportation and punctuality

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $13-$17 an hour with uncapped commission based on personal sales performance, quarterly raise reviews with opportunities for hourly pay increases, tuition reimbursement, student loan payback assistance, 401(k) with company matching, flexible scheduling, associate discounts and free tanning/wellness services, career growth, promotion, and leadership opportunities
