[job_card.job_description]U.S. Citizenship preferred. Must be at least 21 years old. High School Diploma or G.E.D. A minimum of two (2) years of Armed Security or Law Enforcement experience, or two (2) years of honorable service with the U.S. Armed Forces. Must pass background checks, reference checks, drug testing, and potentially a physical examination. Ability to maintain required certifications for armed security work. Proficiency in Basic Life Support CPR / AED and First Aid certifications. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to adapt in high-pressure environments. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Commitment to providing high-quality customer service. Ability to handle sensitive information professionally. Frequent exposure to challenging situations requiring quick decision-making. Ability to work extended hours and handle various physical demands. Operating a vehicle as part of your duties, which may vary from cars to bicycles. Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k options. Paid time off.
Join Our Team as an Armed Security Officer!
We are seeking dedicated individuals to fill the role of Armed Security Officer. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of a high-profile site. Under the supervision of a Site Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of security-related duties aimed at protecting client properties, visitors, and personnel.
Your primary responsibilities will include :
- Monitoring and controlling access to the facilities, ensuring that unauthorized individuals are kept out while assisting legitimate visitors and employees.
- Responding to emergencies or unusual situations by applying appropriate levels of force as dictated by the situation, adhering to established protocols.
- Creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors through respectful and courteous interactions.
- Communicating openly and being responsive to inquiries about the facility and its surroundings.
- Patrolling designated areas on foot or by vehicle to check for hazards, unsafe conditions, or security violations.
- Protecting evidence and securing incident scenes in case of emergencies or investigations.
- Keeping detailed logs and reports as needed and communicating any incidents or suspicious activities to appropriate parties.
- Assisting with fire, medical emergencies, flooding, and other incidents according to established procedures.
- Performing other related tasks as assigned.

Compensation :
The starting wage for this position is $17.75, except in California where it is $26.00. Positions may also offer additional benefits, including Health and Welfare compensation and shift differentials.
