Ashland has an exciting opportunity for a Product Coordinator Specialist to join our Finance MD NPI Product Support team for all Ashland business units globally (Ashland LLC, Specialty Ingredients G.P., ISP Chemicals etc.) in Wilmington, DE or Dublin, OH (virtual). This is a very visible and significant role within the Company and the NPI function. This position will report to Master Data Specialist Sr.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Process New Product Introductions Requests
• Unique Sample Requests
• Sample Bucket Requests
• Raw Material Requests
• Be able to guide/support the users/initiators on what is needed in the various types of request.
• Monitor NPI and Email inbox
• Create, extend material codes using Winshuttle
• Create/Update Ashland Recipes using Recipe Management
• Manage pending requests
• Ensure processes are followed to enable smooth transition to product setup
• Collaborate with functional partners
• Support Master Data customer and vendor projects
• Create and maintain master data (i.e. customers, vendors, materials) submitted by the businesses
• Manage workflow and requests of Winshuttle database
• Develop in-depth knowledge of master data standards and processes

In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:

• Overall 3 + Years (5-6 years of related work experience)
• 2 Years + R&D, EH&S or Product Material related fields (internal experience)
• Master Data SAP experience
• R&D, EH&S or Product/Material background
• PC experience with Microsoft Windows
• Good documentation communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in interdependently
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work in a team setting
• Demonstrates resilience, resourcefulness, ability to learn and adaptability
• Analytical research and deep dive into processes and requests
• Travel limited to no travel required.
