Director of Payer Strategy

A company is looking for a Director of Payer Strategy & Engagement, Remote.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage strategic payer portfolios and develop multi-year strategic plans

Build collaborative relationships with payer partners and lead national joint operating committees

Lead and mentor a team to enhance productivity and effective data storytelling

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree

12 years of experience in health plan contracting or healthcare strategy, with 6-8 years in management

Expertise in relationship and portfolio management

Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams

Strong strategic planning and analytical skills
