California Licensed Tax Manager

A company is looking for a Tax Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review Federal and State tax returns for various entities including S-Corporations, C-Corporations, Partnerships, and Individuals

Ensure timely and compliant tax filings while providing oversight and guidance to staff

Identify tax-saving opportunities and assist with IRS and state audit support as needed

Qualifications

Active CPA license required

10+ years of tax experience, preferably from Big 4 or mid-tier public accounting firms

Preferred industry experience in cannabis, retail, manufacturing, distribution, and construction

Deep expertise in business and individual federal and state tax

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
