We are looking for General Managers, Assistant General Managers, and Caf Managers for all locations.

The General Manager's primary purpose is to develop restaurant management and hourly staff to build and increase sales over the previous year and improve profitability, while ensuring employee and guest satisfaction, without compromising the integrity or culture of the concept. The General Manager is responsible for the success of the operation within their control.

Essential duties include : supporting the mission, vision, and values of First Watch Restaurants; developing and maintaining a culture of accountability, integrity, service, and trust; developing a management team for future growth; providing management coverage and direct supervision of operations; exercising basic shift-to-shift financial control; meeting or exceeding budget and profitability goals; providing hands-on leadership; working all positions and providing team feedback; providing efficient and professional service; responding to customer feedback; ensuring all policies and procedures are followed; participating in certification of team members; setting standards for cleanliness; ensuring safe working conditions; managing all internal / external communications; following up and verifying all cash deposits; ensuring unit has proper supplies; ensuring units achieve a 95% or better health and Steritech inspection; providing hands on leadership; working positions and providing feedback; checking weekly schedules; working with marketing on initiative rollouts; participating in bi-weekly manager meetings; holding training classes; overseeing team member certifications; checking weekly paperwork; participating in writing yearly budgets; and reviewing P&Ls with team each period.

Requirements include : professional presentation and demeanor; passion for fresh food and customer service; unfailing work ethic and integrity; ability to attract and foster a quality staff; effective oral and written communication skills; regularly working more than 40 hours per week; regularly working in the kitchen and dining room; walking, bending, and stooping; some moderate to heavy lifting; ability to walk and stand throughout the entire shift; ability to lift a maximum of 50 pounds; moderate exposure to extreme temperatures; cognitive abilities to reason, solve problems, and manage conflicting priorities; valid driver's license and automobile insurance; passing a background check and drug screening; and alcohol servers permit may be required for some locations.

Qualifications include : 4 years management in a full-service restaurant, 2 years experience as a General Manager; Black Hat or Black Apron certified for internal promotions; ability to work in a high stress environment; heavy kitchen experience; proficient in Microsoft Office products; organized; hands-on leadership style; valid driver's license and personal vehicle insurance; ability to motivate and develop team members; good written and verbal communication skills; time management skills and ability to multitask; ability to make good decisions and find alternative solutions.
