Applications Engineer – Building Automation Systems

$100,000–$115,000 | ~25–30% Travel | Hybrid

Summary : We are seeking an experienced Applications Engineer to design, program, and deploy advanced Building Automation Systems (BAS) for commercial, industrial, and mission-critical environments. This role blends hands-on technical development with system integration, documentation, and close collaboration with project teams. You will help ensure that every BAS solution is delivered with precision, reliability, and a high standard of engineering excellence.

About the Role : In this position, you will be responsible for developing BAS controller databases, configuring system integrations, validating design requirements, and supporting commissioning activities. You'll work closely with engineers, project managers, and field technicians to deliver high-performance, field-ready solutions. This role also contributes to internal programming standards and may mentor junior developers as the team continues to grow.
