Join a large mortgage brokerage here in the Valley! Train directly under top-producing mortgage bankers and leadership. Learn and apply real-world sales tactics through hands-on coaching. Engage with warm leads from multiple referral and lead sources. Master our CRM and loan origination systems. Deliver top-tier customer service to clients and referral partners. Participate in sales meetings, contests, and performance incentives. Work in a fast-paced, competitive team environment that rewards effort and results.

Main Position Details:

Start: 1/05/2026

Pay: $30,576 + Uncapped Commission

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Overtime available.

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Qualifications:

No mortgage experience requiredwe'll train you

Bachelor's degree OR 2+ years of inside sales, service, military, or commission-based experience

Outgoing, competitive, enthusiastic and naturally good with people

Strong communicator (phone, written, and in-person)

Motivated by money, growth, and performance

Thrives in high-expectation, fast-paced environments

Self-starter who takes initiative and solves problems

Organized, proactive, and hungry to win

The pay range for this position is $30,576.00/yr.
