Position Overview

This is a full-cycle sales role (inside & outside sales) ideal for a motivated, results-driven professional who thrives in a competitive environment. You'll manage your own pipeline, prospect new clients, and close deals using Tesseon's proven sales process.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $55,000–$60,000 (depending on experience)

• Uncapped commission – strong earning potential for top performers

What You'll Do

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales goals

• Prospect, cold call, and generate new business opportunities

• Conduct needs assessments and present customized payroll & HR solutions

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects

• Deliver professional proposals and presentations

• Attend networking events to build referral partnerships

• Follow Tesseon's proven sales methodology to drive results

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in a competitive sales environment

• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills

• Self-motivated, high-energy, and goal-oriented ("hunter" mentality)

• Experience managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close

• Confidence with cold calling and outbound prospecting

• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong time management skills

Preferred Experience, not required

• Payroll, HR, or HCM sales experience

• Experience with providers such as ADP, Paychex, Paycom, Paylocity, Paycor, or similar
