Position :  Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)

Location :  Ocala, FL 34481

Status : Permanent

Shifts Available :

  • Mixed (Rotating Weekends)
  • Nights (Rotating Weekends)

✨ Position Overview

We are seeking a  skilled and energetic ER RN  who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will care for patients with conditions ranging from minor injuries to complex life-threatening emergencies.

This role requires strong assessment skills, quick decision-making, adaptability, and the ability to multitask while providing exceptional patient-centered care.

  • ???? Responsibilities
  • Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages
  • Develop individualized care plans and expected patient outcomes
  • Provide ongoing evaluation and initiate modifications to care plans
  • Manage multiple patient cases simultaneously, prioritizing needs frequently
  • Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
  • Provide discharge and follow-up instructions
  • Maintain a continuous focus on safety, quality, and patient experience
  • ???? Qualifications
  • 1 year of recent acute care experience  in Med / Surg, PCU, ICU, or ED –  Required
  • Active  Florida RN license  or compact RN (compact holders must obtain FL license within 60 days of relocation)
  • Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree required
  • ACLS  – within 90 days
  • BLS  – within 30 days
  • ENPC  – within 6 months
  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention  – within 6 months
  • PALS  – within 90 days
