Job Summary
We are seeking a Behavioral Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will help patients identify and overcome negative behaviors. As a behavior therapist, you'll work with children and adults who live with developmental disabilities and disorders.

Responsibilities
Help patients understand their behaviors
Develop strategies to help patients improve their behaviors
Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
Perform regular wellness checks
Teach parents how to develop healthy coping mechanisms
Adhere to all company and licensing standards

Qualifications
High School Diploma
CPR Certification or willingness to obtain one
RBT certified or willing to obtain one
Excellent organizational skills to facilitate program development
Clean Record
Preferably with a bachelor but not necessary
Drivers License
Car Insurance

Location:

The position requires that the candidates selected for this role transport themselves directly to clients' households and work one-on-one with the clients.
