Digital Merchandising

  • Lead the development and execution of site merchandising that bring brand campaigns, launches, and core products to life
  • Ensure that all product pages, collections, and site experiences reflect our brand story
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize product placement, content hierarchy, and navigation for conversion and engagement
  • Maintain a consistent and globally aligned online brand experience

Regional and Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with regional Digital and eCommerce leaders in NA, EMEA, and APAC to align on merchandising priorities.
  • Work with the Brand Team to integrate brand storytelling and assets into site experience.
  • Collaborate with UX / UI, Performance Marketing, and IT to enhance site functionality, optimize design, and implement consumer journey improvements.
  • Act as a key liaison between global and regional teams, ensuring a unified brand presence across all digital touchpoints

    • Optimization and Insights

  • Conduct site audits to ensure accuracy, functionality, and optimal product presentation.
  • Track key site KPIs (traffic flow, conversion, engagement, and sales) to translate insights into opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Test and measure site enhancements, placements, and new merchandising strategies.
  • Translate performance insights into actionable recommendations that drive both short-term results and long-term growth.
  • Build and maintain weekly and monthly reports that track the performance of the site and campaigns.
