We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is hands-on, technically sharp, and enjoys managing campaigns across multiple platforms.

You'll ensure our clients' campaigns run smoothly, track accurately, and perform at their best, while growing into a key player optimizing across all channels.

In this role, you will :

• Translate strategy into actionable campaign setups across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, AdRoll, and email platforms
• Onboard clients to new platforms and tools
• Upload and configure creative assets, ensuring proper formatting and approvals
• Implement campaign scheduling, QA, and performance checks
• Set up and monitor A / B tests, automated workflows, triggers, and timing for campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams and client contacts to confirm goals, audiences, and technical campaign details
• Build, QA, and schedule marketing emails, manage lists, and ensure deliverability
• Monitor campaign performance, provide reports, and flag trends for optimization
• Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain documentation for continuous improvement

Working Hours : This is a full-time role that follows US time zones. There is a requirement to have an overlap at least 4-5h ET time zone.
