Job Description:

Purpose: To determine which lenders and finance products will best be able to meet the needs of customers.

Daily Functions:

1. Obtain Financing
   1. Reviews the customer's credit application for accuracy
   2. Runs Credit
   3. Analyzes customers' credit report and discusses the available finance options to meet their needs.
   4. Submit application to financial institute for approval
   5. Collect any lender stipulations needed for financing
   6. Follow up on deal being funded in a timely manner
2. Customer Questionnaire
   1. Initial T.O. with customer to verify accurate information
   2. Designed to develop appropriate menu options
3. Menu Presentation
   1. Build menu according to Questionnaire and customers' needs and wants
   2. Present menu to customer
      1. Protection products available to them, such as extended warranties, total loss protections, road hazard coverages and appearance protection kits.
      2. Rates and terms available
      3. Payment options
4. Prepare Paperwork

a. Loan documentation required by lender

b. DMV paperwork and other legal forms required by state and federal regulatory bodies

c. Additional Scott Cars Inc. delivery documentation

1. Review Paperwork with Customer
   1. Disclose paperwork to customer
   2. Obtain customer signatures on appropriate documentation
   3. Collect any funds due
2. Compliance
   1. Responsible for disclosing to the customer all aspects of the sale, including finance charges and interest rates
   2. Responsible for following all legal and Scott Cars Inc. laws and regulations
3. Customer Satisfaction
   1. Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) with the dealership's customers
4. Communication
   1. Communicate with salespeople regarding their deals
   2. Communicate with sales manager regarding their deals
   3. Communicate with office staff regarding deals and paperwork
   4. Communicate with financial institutions about rates and programs
   5. Communicate to Finance Director about all deals
