Job Duties:

• Individualized Home Support with Training - Assist individuals in achieving their personal community goals, including, but not limited to, Personal Hygiene, Meal Prepping, Community Engagement and Integration, and Medical Appointment Management.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18, have a high school diploma/GED, a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle, and proof of up-to-date auto insurance. Prior experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities in a social services field is not required but preferred.
