School Nurse

Hello RNs!

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a School Nurse position for the 2025–2026 school year. This is an in-person role starting as soon as possible. This position is full time.

Job Details:

• Must have a valid nursing License - RN
• Nurse needs to support students with life-threatening health conditions, create and follow Individual Health Plans, complete immunization tracking and monitoring for yearly report, conduct vision/hearing screenings, and support the health room as needed.
