Golden State Home Repair & Renovations, Inc. is seeking a full-time Construction Worker specializing in mobile home projects. This full-time position is based in Murrieta, CA, with assignments throughout Temecula, Riverside, Indio, Cathedral City, Hemet, San Jacinto, Corona, Menifee, and Lake Elsinore.

The pay range is $20 – $45 per hour , depending on experience. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule, on-site work dispatched directly from your home each day, and mileage reimbursement for certain projects. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Construction Worker, you will begin by leaving your home in your own truck or van, traveling directly to assigned job sites within the service region. Your daily responsibilities will include performing skilled repairs and renovations on mobile homes, including roofing, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, drywall, and painting. You will be expected to address a variety of repair needs, deliver excellent customer service, and solve problems as they arise. Professional and respectful communication with both clients and team members is essential, as is a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and safety.

YOUR SCHEDULE

The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM . This is a full-time, onsite position. Employees are dispatched from their homes directly to the job sites each day and do not report to a central location before beginning work. Mileage is provided for certain projects.

CONSTRUCTION WORKER REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years of general construction experience, including mobile homes
• Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, roofing, and painting skills
• Your own a truck or van
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Professional, respectful communicator with team and clients
• Knowledgeable in all aspects of mobile home repair, from roof to foundation
