We're a small, deeply motivated team of clinicians, scientists, and technologists building the next generation of cancer-care infrastructure. Our first product launches this year, and we're looking for a nurse who wants to be part of the founding story.
About the Job
We're seeking an Oncology Nurse who's ready to expand beyond the bedside-someone who still values direct patient connection but wants to drive system-level change. In this role, you'll work side-by-side with our founders to design, test, and deliver new models of patient engagement and clinical quality.

What You'll Do :
Shape patient experience : Partner with our product and engineering teams to translate clinical realities into empathetic, evidence-based design.
Stay connected to patients : Conduct patient education and follow-up for early users of Radical's diagnostic platform.
Establish clinical excellence : Build and document care protocols, quality standards, and compliance frameworks for future growth.
Bridge clinic and innovation : Act as the clinical voice in product testing, research collaborations, and pilot programs.
Grow with the company : As Radical scales, you'll help recruit, mentor, and lead the next generation of nurses working at the intersection of oncology and technology.
Requirements / Bonus Points
You're a Great Fit If You :
Hold an active RN license (OCN certification preferred).
Have 3+ years of oncology experience and a deep empathy for patients and families.
Are energized by innovation and want to use your skills to improve cancer care beyond your own caseload.
Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, startup environments.
Are based in-or excited to relocate to-San Francisco, CA for close collaboration with the founding team.
