Registered Nurse - Critical Care Float Pool

We are seeking a Registered Nurse - Critical Care Unit to join our team! This person will provide specialized care for critical patients as well as focus on patient treatment and recovery.

Shift/Schedule Details: NOC- 7p to 7a | 3-12 hour days (36hr) schedule can vary.

Range: $33.15 Per Hour as the beginning point, can be built based on Years of Experience.

Incentives (Sign-on Bonus / Relocation): Relo: $10K for 2 years service

Additional Notes (if any): $4 Shift Differential starting at 7p / $0.25 Shift Differential starting at 11p / $6 Critical Care Differential

** Note: Candidates should have at least 1 year of Critical Care Nursing experience. Strong PCU backgrounds are highly preferred. Candidates with solid Med-Surg experience may also be considered.**

Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians in performing special procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care
• Identify potential patient problems and take appropriate measures to intervene
• Maintain a high level of expertise in critical care nursing techniques
• Monitor and safeguard patient quality of care
• Ensure complete and accurate patient records

Qualifications:

• 0 - 6 months related experience.
• Valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Working knowledge of general disease state management processes, bio-psychosocial model, and clinical pathways.
• Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to organize and prioritize work in an effective and efficient manner.
• Ability to be detail oriented as required in the examination of clinical and numerical data.
