This position is to provide coverage for a protected leave and is tentatively scheduled from April 23 2026 through December 1 2026. Please note that this assignment spans the end of the 202526 school year and the beginning of the 202627 school year.

SUPERVISES: In some cases instructional assistants tutors and/or teacher interns

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
A moderate degree of physical stamina with occasional lifting of 10 to 50 pounds. Ability to move freely to various locations within the classroom and other supervisory settings (cafeteria/playground). Frequent standing walking sitting and bending. Frequent repetitive activities including hands arms and legs for clerical-related work. Exposure to noise and activity of a school setting. Exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
Salary fringe benefits working conditions and the like are negotiated every three years between the Riverdale School Board and the Riverdale Teachers Association.
