Business Operations Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Operations Analyst to drive operational excellence and program execution across the AMER BDR organization.

Key Responsibilities

Independently manage cross-functional initiatives from intake through execution and post-launch measurement

Partner with AMER Sales Leaders and other teams to align on business priorities and operational plans

Analyze project KPIs to identify productivity gaps and provide data-driven insights

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar analytical roles

Demonstrated experience owning projects or workstreams independently

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority

Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting business performance data
